I had this same mug for over 10 years. I used it daily as it held the perfect cup of coffee. It held sentimental value and one day I dropped it. I was delighted to find the same mug and it arrived well packaged. Due to the strike causing delivery delays I was concerned it could arrive damaged but it was perfect! :)
