Lamp arrived with base detached. I disassembled the base and threaded the locknut back onto the tube. All is well.

So, about this, transaction was fantastic and the seller is very nice, highly recommend. On the other side, massive screw up by Poshmark themselves as I selected the "Pay in 4" option, they did not approved it and i was charged the whole price one shot instead. Therefore, if I could give 2 notes, this seller deserves a 5 easily as he also even canceled the first order to allow me to select the right option while I would give Poshmark a big fat 0.
