Thank you for sending this out promptly! The backpack arrived swiftly & in good shape as pictured. The gray was a little dingy from normal use & wear & the bag had a couple loose strings, but w/ some baking soda, laundry stain remover & a microfiber cloth it cleaned up as good as new & the strings were trimmed off w/ no problem. Thank you again!
