The box was received damaged with a note from the postmaster. The boot box was just jostled around with no packaging. The boots are in perfect condition but just a note that packing material helps with so much open space. I’ve been selling for 3 years and learned this the hard way. Thank you and I’m positive my granddaughter will love these boots this winter. 😊
