Product is new and pretty! Responsive seller. No fault to the seller - the pouch was shipped via USPS and the carrier delivered the package to the wrong address. The tracking marked the package as delivered which caused an extra difficulties. I had to file a report with the USPS and call four times before I was able to receive assistance. I really wish Poshmark would use another carrier as the USPS is just not reliable.
