He is a wonderful five star seller - friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in all of his reply messages. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with this item, prior to purchasing. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely padded and wrapped and then placed inside of a large pack, to preclude crushing during transport.
