Heels on both boots came off today while I was at work. It's a good thing I keep a pair of shoes at work just in case of mishaps like rain but never thought the heels would just come off. I work in a Doctors office how embarrassing!! Not blaming the seller, the boots looked like they had very little wear. Shame on To Boot New York for making a faulty product.
