When opening the order, I was impressed w/ the impeccable packaging job, as the fragile ceramic arrived in perfect shape, & a very beautiful item at that! Even though seller was out of town w/ a pressing matter, still managed to communicate well, & keep a stable outlook & outcome(!) w/ updates & amazing service.
