Sandie went above and beyond to make this purchase such a special experience. The timing of this gift I purchased was so crucial and she went out of her way to rush and get it out the same day so it would arrive to me on time. Not only did it arrive carefully wrapped, but there was a very personal card and several extra little gifts that I got to share with my kids. None of this was necessary but I could tell by Sandie's kindness that this is a normal interaction with her. In a world that wants us to believe we are all enemies, Sandie showed how kindness can really make an experience a memorable one.
