Seller was EXTREMELY patient after the USPS messed up. They sent back my order saying I'd moved and left no forwarding address. (But I'm still here!) Despite my getting no resolution - heck, no response after six tries - from USPS, she was willing to try again, and I received the item in excellent condition.
