The product came exactly as advertised and the seller got back with me immediately on a question I had about shipping. She was very nice and caring during the process and sent the package the next day I believe. She packaged the item well even though it have to have been tricky to find a box big enough for such a large item and she made sure she packed all the little pieces in a lot of tissue paper to protect the items. I think it was a great deal as a used item as the new ones cost more than double the price which I wouldn't have been able to justify for a Christmas present so she SAVED CHRISTMAS! Thank you!
