I think some items are hust meant to be! This fits perfect. In person it's MY favourite shade of blue. I thought for sure I'd have to hem this or wear it wth heels but barefoot it comes to my ankles and doesn't touch the ground.. I'm only 5'4". Item is in excellent condition.. thank you sooo much.
