Hi I do believe this is a little girl's 16 and not a woman 16 as I wear 14 and 16th I did buy this for the price for the fabric I'm hoping I have enough to make a skirt as I love the print and I never see it in the larger sizes .in a Skirt that I could wear to work a little longer than the skorts. Yes I did see the picture said 16. Maybe because it's an older print or it was mistakenly tagged anyway love the print I'll figure something out I'm a Crafter have a great week
