Seller was quick with responses, very understanding, and offered solutions when she didn't have to due to my circumstances. Item was as described and pictured. It was also apparently very well packaged (my daughter opened it before I got home from work and told me all about it). The box was damaged pretty bad in shipping but the items was in perfect condition! This was one of the pieces I lost in a house fire that I used quite a bit!
