After 3 weeks, the post office finally delivered the shoes. Since the envelope that was used was a priority envelope, they got confused on the postage. I had to pay an additional $15 for the postman to leave it or I could have refused it but I paid it instead. Don't use those envelopes anymore. Thank you.
