These felt coach ergo and feed sac organizational inserts arrived as described and depicted in photos. They are incredibly functional and money well spent to keep my Coach bags organized. Plus they're so lightweight and help keep the shape of the bag in tact when not in use! I also found out the Ergo Felt insert fits the Coach Companion 5017 bag, so its even more versatile.
