Item was delivered nicer than had I shopped at a store in person. What a joy to open and see so much thought put into making the purchase extra special. I had this cardigan which I loved but tried to wash it following the manufacturer directions and the pleather trim peeled off. Thrilled to have found one and it appears brand new.
