If I could give this seller ten stars I would! I realized after the order went through that my old address was on the label (completely my fault, nothing to do with Posh or the seller). I messaged the seller to let her know what happened. She had already sent the package but ran across her building to see if the mail had not gone out yet. It didn’t so she grabbed it and patiently waited for Poshmark Customer Service to tell us how to proceed. She was extremely responsive. Very professional and went above and beyond for me. When the package arrived, it was wrapped adorably in a gift bag. The item was exactly as described (new w tags). I will DEFINITELY be shopping in her closet again - - and you should too!! Wonderful experience!!
