Hallelujah! I can’t say enough good things about the seller, and the bag! The bag was just as described, and it was In excellent condition. I had looked on every site for months for this Tory Burch All-T bag. This seller worked with me for a great purchase experience. I would say, in the future, wrapping expensive sales in bubble wrap to protect the item, and yourself, might be good. The box arrived smashed to bits, and I was certain the bag was destroyed. The actual size is the Small Satchel which is 13", which also matches the registration card style number shown, it is not the Medium size. Other than that, the bag is absolutely beautiful. Thank you!
