Shoes are in great condition and were packed well for shipping. The issue is that these were listed as 7.5 and they are actually 7.5W (which means wide). I was out of town and was unable to review within the three-day window, but the seller proactively reached out and offered to return. I'm changing my review from 4 to 5 stars for outstanding customer service! Thank you for taking pride in your Posh closet and customer experience!!!
