The skirt has been modified from its original style and this was not mentioned in the listing. Someone added elastic to the interior waistband and sewed it with BLACK thread. This was not evident in photos and was not explained in the description. Disappointing However, the seller reached out to me and was most gracious and offered a refund. I decided to pass on that.
