Item was everything as described and photographed. It came wrapped in a Coach bag, with the Coach business card, and had the correct serial numbers listed inside the handbag. Excellent customer service. I received the item sooner than expected and it was well wrapped for shipment. Natascha Lundy's Closet provides a level of customer service rarely seen in this day and age. I highly recommend this seller.
