Bag arrived in pristine condition. Packaged well and was shipped within 24 hours. USPS has been a mess lately and when it was taking longer than usual to arrive, through NO fault of the seller she still reached out to me to communicate that she was aware it was taking longer which told me she actually cares about her customers. I was instantly a fan😄 Thank you for a beautiful bag, lightning fast shipping, a beyond fair price and actually caring. Wonderful experiece!
