Item was exactly as described! It did have a pretty strong incense smell which isn't a big deal to me, but I know some people have sensitivities so I want to make that aware. The package got lost for a few days by USPS and arrived a week late, which I know has nothing to do with the seller, but I felt like the seller was kind of rude with me about it. It seemed like she thought I was lying about not having it or something even though we had the same tracking info. It just rubbed me the wrong way. I would rate the experience 3 stars and the item 5 because all in all I love my jacket and can't wait to start wearing it!
