Update: seller is so nice and immediately responded to make sure they could make it right. Great seller!!! Package arrived with smashed in sides and ripped outer packaging. Mostly the fault of the delivery company but it also could have been shipped in another cardboard box instead of just wrapped in paper to protect it. Player was not damaged during shipping luckily.
