So the ruffled bottoms are actually a hat. There are no holes for the legs. I googled it to see if a hat by the brand came up and it did and it’s actually kind of a funny looking hat haha. I don’t like it as a hat so I will probably cut holes in it and see if I can make it a bottom. I love everything else in my bundle so I’m still giving 5 stars! Thank you!
