This was a very good experience! The sweater is really beautiful. I asked and was given a nice discount on it. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. There was a free gift of a lovely necklace of black flowers with sparkly centers! (In pretty decorative wrapping) And - a hand-written note in shape of heart, thanking me. THIS is how you do things right!
