Just as described. Item was used but looks brand new! It was wrapped in blue tissue paper and included a note inside from the seller. I love it!

Thank you, for a great price! I did find some loose thread on one of the handles. I should be able to repair with my sewing machine. Not sure, I would have bought the flatbed cosmetic case if I had known it had fraying thread on it.
