I gave you a five star because the problem is not your fault, as the shoes are in excellent condition and look new. But the problem is I can not keep the shoes from sliding off my heels. I see that you, or someone, put heel pads inside the shoe to help but it has not helped with me. I think the shoes were just made wider than normal at the heel because I have never had this problem before and I have worn d'Orsay styled shoes for a number of years.
