Package arrived in perfect condition. The Jay king necklace was secure inside a heavy cardboard mailing box inside a plastic jewelry zip bag wrapped in layers of bubble wrap. The necklace is in brand new condition & just perfect as described. The necklace is fabulous & the design & quality of the Mohave turquoise is amazing.
