Was packaged and shipped very well. Communicated beforehand about how to expect the shipment and everything was as described. They had even labeled every individual component and provided a checklist so it was easy to determine that all items were accounted for. Thank you!

10 stars, if possible! The backpack is exactly what I'd hoped for & in great condition. But even better, this was a feel-good purchase... the seller was super friendly and communicative, and the shipping was fast (unnecessarily so because it is a holiday weekend). Thanks very much, I am looking forward to using this backpack on many adventures!
