I'm giving a 5 star rating so I can add my comment. The boots are as described but are overpriced. You can find a better deal searching Llama boots uggs on Amazon. Much cheaper. Also don't make a mistake, I did, my daughter recently went up a size and I was used to buying 10s and I like to size up for ugg. I bought 10 bc of what I was used to and asked if I could cancel almost immrdiately and seller refused. I know that it is a policy for make an offer purchases but you as a seller CAN cancel. So just be careful you don't make mistakes here. Product is exactly as described though and is a very fast shipper. Just unforgiving
