These boots were actually in much better shape than the photos justified and I appreciate the care taken with packing them. With our long list of requirements for uniform compliance as a flight attendant, it’s ridiculously difficult to find a perfect pair of boots. These are perfect and the heel is wide enough to help keep my balance during turbulence. I’m extremely happy with these!
