Okay, this is long but it’s important to understand the context. This seller is impressive and as dedicated as they come. They deserve the recognition. Not only were they experiencing a literal crisis level emergency in their state as seen all over the news, they were stuck without major necessities like water and electricity and weren’t even able to access a post office yet they STILL managed to follow through in record time. They were so transparent and were sure to inform me immediately after purchase of their situation and inability to send the item out promptly to confirm whether I was wanting or needing to cancel. I assured them that even if it took weeks to send out that I was in no rush and would be perfectly happy to receive it whenever it was safe for them to send out. The communication was often and thorough with updates which I totally appreciated, and eventually they had an opportunity to get over to the next town in hopes there would be a carrier open for service which they managed to find and surprisingly my item was sent out so much sooner than I had anticipated! It was packaged perfectly and the item is just what I expected and as represented. Again, this seller was so dedicated and determined and just this experience alone is enough to showcase the kind of committed and genuine person they are and I would definitely come back and recommend them without a second thought! Excellence speaks for itself and the result has proven that this is a high quality seller who takes what they do seriously. Thank you again!
