Ritzi was BEYOND FANTASTIC to work with! I sent her a cartoon strip scene that i wanted to have recreated but with a few custom changes--such as to resemble my dog and a family member-- and she really delivered! she took the time to get the information to ensure we were on the same page, she sent me a photo of the painting to make sure everything was as desired which i really appreciated since we did end up doing a few small tweaks to it---but considering it was a custom piece from the beginning she basically nailed it on the first try! extremely reasonably priced, she is all about ensuring customer satisfaction! so polite and friendly throughout, she worked quickly--the painting was done in just a few days!--and shipped right away. it was packaged extremely well to ensure safe transit. i am so excited to gift this painting to a family member and i am likely going to be a repeat customer now!
