This is not on the seller: I wish Poshmark would consider using FedEx or UPS in the future as USPS was extremely delayed! (I ordered 2/23 & received 3/19.) The seller was SO helpful and communicative to figure out the delay, even working with USPS to file a claim. The rug is exactly as described and is beautiful. Highly recommend this seller!
