Mug arrived quickly and packaged very well, despite that, the handle was cracked. 😭 Informed seller, she sent me the special glue to fix the mug so that it can still be microwaved safely! 🥰 Wonderful communicative seller! Highly recommend and will look for her first when shopping on poshmark.
