Very speedy response to question and then the shipment, super speedy. The OnClouds were shipped in original manufacturer shoe box, original tissue paper and forms inserted showing item well taken care of. Extra nice touch was colorful tissue paper (purple and pink. Too nice to discard LOL. Would deal with this shipper in future
