Wow, Rose went above and beyond! I just received my Royal Doulton figurine. It came on time and was so thoroughly packed that I would have been surprised had it broken during shipping. It is in pristine condition, even more beautiful than her description and photos indicate. This beautiful piece more than meets my expectations. This has been my first experience buying from this vendor. Rose was highly responsive in her communications with me. I felt very valued and cared for as a customer.
