These smelled sooooo bad from thrift chemicals that I left them outside for at least 10 days through two storms. They still smelled loud. So, I finally decided to wash them praying that they wouldn't leave my W/D smelling like that. So, I used lots of detergent prayed they wouldn't fall apart, shrink or fade. As it happened it worked well. And my home and closet no longer smell like them. And I can wear them and not walk around smelling like a Thrift Store! It sook a lot of work...but they fit well, no longer stink and I "LOVE" them! Someone has to figure out a way to eliminate thrift store chemical smells BEFORE shipping to buyers!!🙄🤗

Did you modify this skirt? I don’t mind, just curious as the slit opening seems much lower, but works for me 😊
