I have shopped on Poshmark A LOT. No question, this the ABSOLUTE BEST SELLER I have ever worked with. I ordered a little hoodie for $9, but it turned out to be damaged. She let me know right away, and offered to let me substitute anything else from her closet, even expensive items! I was blown away by her generosity! She was extremely patient while I hemmed and hawed over what to do, and I was generally hard to get ahold of as well. In other words, I was a huge pain! But I ended up getting a new t-shirt that I LOVE, and it was shipped with lightning speed. She’s a total pro and such a kind person.
