Despite going through a difficult family situation, Beth took it upon herself to keep in touch, conscious only of a customer kept waiting. The customer was understanding (that's me) but she still went out of her way to get the order out and delivered very quickly. A better testament of customer service will be hard to come by. Thanks!!
