The straw bag was in perfect condition, there was a smug on the leather and my Coach Cleaner cleaned it with no problem. This bag will get a lot of use. The dark bag had a little more wear than I could see in the pix and the smug we talked about also came out so I have a casual purse for around town. I feel I great a more than my money's worth.
