The item arrived intact and was as-described. The only thing missing was the tag, which had been shown in the listing. Also, I took a hair roller to it inside and out because the shirt had animal fur all over. Otherwise, the shirt was free of scents and appeared to have been taken care of well for being 100% wool knitwear, with no evidence of pulled knits nor shrinkage from heat.
