10/10. She honestly shipped as fast as Amazon and gave me a cute little note and some extra bags charms 🥰 honestly adorable and I will be buying from her again. The bag was exactly as pictured (and she included all the angles and made sure to take a pic of inside the bag too) and definitely well taken care of. Really positive experience all around
