Seller is totally professional. Love the shoulder wrap which is just perfect for when in bed resting or watching tv. It is a very unique piece and the seller included a hand written note thanking me for the order and wishing that I enjoy the garment which I think I will. I am disabled so I do spend time in bed and long shawls get in the way since you lay on them but this shoulder shrug will give warmth where I need it when it’s cold - around the neck and shoulders.
