Bag arrived somewhat flattened but I was able to stuff her right up before adding some conditioner. She looks fabulous and will be a great gift for a friend. My only suggestion would be to stuff the bag before shipping, even a little, to help hold the shape without pushing it over the weight limit. Regardless, it’s a very chic piece and who doesn’t love a good Longchamp?!?! 🎄🫶🏻
