I give 5 stars for the seller and customer service. Order arrived in a timely (prompt!) manner and well packaged with a nice thank you note. The photo was spot on with what I had expected to receive. Color was on point. The size was correct as advertised. A bit too narrow for my feet and heel strap was a bit too loose w/ no ability to tighten it. NOT the seller's fault. That's just the shoe. I took them to a local shoe repair for some adjustments. I bought them to go with my new red suit for work.
