I purchased 8 separate orders. Every single one arrived exactly as described and very carefully packaged. I was buying dinnerware and Elle even went above and beyond by shipping me some additional pieces for free in case some broke. She definitely didn’t have to do that! I was frustrated that the original offer we had agreed upon wasn’t accepted when I submitted it and then when I sent a follow up message asking about that I didn’t get a response. However I did decide to purchase at the full listed price anyway. It was still a fair price and the items were overweight so I did understand. Besides that there was great communication and overall a good experience with each purchase.
