*EDIT* Seller is honestly great. He contacted me regarding the issue. It was just dust/dirt on a white hoodie. It washed fine and is definitely new as described. 5 star seller. Shipped quick. Hoodie looks ok. Description said brand new never worn, but it’s pretty dirty looking around the cuffs and waistband area. Still a nice sweater. Have to wash it and see. Thanks though!
